Jong was born in Seoul, South Korea. When he was 9, his family moved to Vancouver, Canada to pursue western education at an early age. Jong grew up playing soccer and is definitely big into video gamers. Jong went to Temple University and received his Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry in 2012. He soon realized that science wasn’t his passion. He wanted something that dealt more with people day to day, and had more of a team environment.
Jong is married and is expecting his first son on Thanksgiving 2015.
After graduating, Jong started management in training in Philadelphia in the fall of 2012 and was extremely motivated by the entrepreneurial opportunity.
“I am becoming a better version of myself every day from this company. It challenges me, and being challenged is how I grow professionally and personally. I want to be successful so that I can show other’s how to achieve their goals: by leading the way.”
His goals are to expand the brand into three new markets by the end of 2016, and maintain the high quality our clients expect from us.
“My mother drew a distinction between achievement and success. She said that ‘achievement is the knowledge that you have studied and worked hard and done the best that is in you. Success is being praised by others, and that’s nice, too, but not as important or satisfying. Always aim for achievement and forget about success.” –Helen Hayes
She is now planning to expand the company in six months to two new markets and join a mission with Operation Smile to Central America.
